Expert testimony revealed how Mary Cummins used her knowledge of search engine optimization techniques (Google bombing) to make her defamation about Amanda Lollar and Bat World Sanctuary rise to the top of Google search results. Her defamation caused great financial harm to Bat World Sanctuary. At the time of this deposition the organization had only $200 in the bank account. We could not afford a videographer so a personal video camera was used to record this deposition (which is why the sound quality is so poor).
