UPDATE: 4/10/2015 – Cummins loses her appeal contesting the Six-Million Dollar judgement we have against her. In part, the court stated: “…From our review of the record, Lollar showed by clear and convincing evidence that Cummins acted with malice as that term is used in chapter 41 and with the actual malice required under the First Amendment. The evidence supports a conclusion that Cummins engaged in a persistent, calculated attack on Lollar with the intention to ruin both Lollar’s life’s work and her credibility and standing in the animal rehabilitation community. Cummins posted innumerable derogatory statements about Lollar impugning her honesty and her competency, and she repeatedly and relentlessly reported Lollar to multiple government agencies. The comments she made about Lollar leave no doubt that she had a specific intent to cause substantial injury or harm to Lollar.”

Actually to my knowledge they have only been able to collect about $4300 in money. She actually owes Amanda Lollar and Bat World more than $7 Million because of Attorney Fee’s and interest on that money. She will be paying whether she does it or they collect on her by force. Yes she is some peice of work. She’s hidding behind a trust that she thinks no one can touch. Anytime she opens a bank account, the proper authorities are notified and the process starts to take any money she trys to hide whether its property she owns or has in the bank. She says she is indejent but we all know better. Iv personally been the victim of her malicious claims. But Amanda Lollar and Bat World have been through hell because of this sorry excuss for a life. You know they always say Karma is a bitch, but when its comes to cummins. Some how the word Karma just doesn’t fit her. She is so much more than any of us can say about her.

Krystal, you have not seen half of it. Try googling her name. Try looking her name up on yahoo. You can learn so much about her that you would never expect or even comprehend. This woman is a mentally deranged individual that has gone to great links to destroy the lives of some really good people including myself. This woman will never ever stop, or atleast not until she is locked up for the rest of her natural born life. She needs to be in a mental hospital on medication. She’s got some real problems as most of us already know. Im a man in an assisted living, and yet she came after me thinking by doing so she could gain a little bit of notority. She pretty much got her ass handed to her by the local authorities here in my area. A lot of the crap you read bout her is absolutely 100% true.
